摘　　要：以供应商管理库存(VMI)产生的经济效果为评估指标,在总结国内外相关研究的基础上,建立了随机需求环境下的VMI库存模型.该模型考虑了安全库存、服务水平和提前期,与现实情况更加贴切.将该模型应用到某成品油销售公司的库存管理中,使用"规划求解"功能方便准确地做出订货决策,有效地降低了供应链的系统成本.Based on＇study of inventory model at home and abroad, this paper takes economic effect of VMI as evaluation standard and gives a VMI model with stochastic demand under simple supply chain. This model takes safety inventory, service level and lead-time so that it＇s more pertinent to the actuality. In the inventory management of a sales company of petroleum products, this model can make the accurate order decision by using ＂Programming Solution＂ function and reduce the system cost of the supply chain effectively.
