摘　　要：运用社会网络分析方法分析了34种管理学期刊之间的引用关系。运用社会网络分析理论及软件Ucinet对CSSCI收录的管理学34种期刊引用网络进行网络密度分析、点度中心性分析、中间中心性分析,绘制期刊引用网络图谱,统计了各期刊高频关键词。经分析发现,科学学类期刊之间的引用关系紧密,研究热点具有很高的一致性。最后,对存在问题进行了简要讨论。This article studied relationship of 34 management sciences journals of CSSCI by the method of social network analysis （SNA）. Using the theory and tool of ueinet, this paper discussed some questions such as network density, degree eentrality, between centrality and drawn journals citation mapping. Besides, key words frequency of every journal was ranked and the authors found out that science studies journals were cited by each other closely. Moreover their research hot topics were similar. Lastly some relative issues were discussed briefly.
