摘　　要：OPM3是近年来国际项目管理研究领域中提出的一项新课题。旨在运用OPM3模型的核心思想,结合当前我国项目管理的现状和相关研究成果,通过理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法,构建适合我国组织项目管理发展现状的组织项目管理能力体系,进而将OPM3的能力要素及在项目管理能力定位与改进方面的应用机理本土化,来满足国内组织项目管理实践的需要,促进其实用性发展。OPM3 is a new subject which is proposed in international project management research area in the recent years. The core concepts of OPM3 model is utilized, the current situation of China＇s project management and related research results are concerned, through the combination methods of fundamental research and empirical study, the system of organization project management capability is established which suits for China＇s current situation of organization project management development, and further the capability elements of OPM3 and the application of the mechanism in orientation and improving project management capability is localized to meet the needs of the domestic project management practice and enhance their applicability.
