摘　　要：以资源基础观为分析视角,考察了大学类型对高校知识转移的影响。采用负二项回归,对中国98所重点高校2007年的知识转移进行实证研究。研究发现:在控制高校的声誉、所处地区、人员和经费投入的前提下,理工类院校的知识转移量在所有类型的院校中最大;农林类院校和综合类院校次之;医药类院校的知识转移量最小。From the perspective of resource-based view, this paper examined the effects of university type on knowledge transfer. Using negative binomial regression model, the paper empirically analyzed the knowledge transfer of 98 major universities in 2007. The results showed that： under the control of universities＇ prestige,location, number of staff and investment, science ＆ engineering universities transfer the most; and then is agriculture ＆ forestry universities and integrative universities, and medical universities transfer the least.
