摘　　要：通过对创新网络结构关系、创新网络能力对企业竞争力的作用讨论,构建了基于创新网络的企业竞争力因素集,确定评价指标及其权重。通过对江苏、浙江和广东民营企业竞争力的比较分析,检验了这一指标体系,为后续研究提供了相应的依据。The article introduces the inscapes of company competence concepts of innovation, It also indicates the innovation network, private enterprise, and the relationship between innovation network and competitive competence of the private enterprises based on the views of demotics, economics and management, and the way how the structure and management competence of the innovation network influence the competitive competence, from which we find the factors for competence evaluation system. Moreover, it makes systems analysis of the key factors of the evaluating system, and selects the most measurable and scientific key factors by consulting management experts and using the method of AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process）Finally, it makes a comprehensive evaluation on the private enterprises in Jiangsu province and compares the results with those in Zhejiang and Guangdong province.
