摘  要:为了研究电磁搅拌对Al-18Mg2S i合金组织及性能的影响规律,对Al-18Mg2S i合金进行了不同磁感应强度和搅拌时间的电磁搅拌实验.通过显微组织分析和力学测试表明,提高磁感应强度和延长搅拌时间,合金中的初生Mg2Si相明显圆整、细化;合金的抗拉强度和硬度也有一定程度的提高.但磁感应强度过大,会导致合金组织粗化;搅拌时间过长,会使性能降低.磁感应强度在0.01~0.012 T、时间持续60 s的电磁搅拌能够显著改善Al-18Mg2Si合金的显微组织和力学性能.In order to determine the effect of electromagnetic stirring on both microstructures and properties of AI-18Mg2 Si alloy, the electromagnetic stirring experiments with different magnetic induction intensity and stirring time were conducted on AI-18Mg2Si alloy. The microstructural observations and mechanical property tests reveal that the primary Mg2Si phase becomes obviously smooth and fine and the tensile strength and hardness of the alloy get improved with increasing magnetic induction intensity and prolonging stirring time. However, the microstructures of the alloy coarsens when the magnetic field intensity is excessively increased, and the properties of the alloy decrease when the stirring time is overlong. The electromagnetic stirring with the magnetic induction intensity of 0. 01 -0. 012 T and lasting time of 60 s can remarkably improve the microstructures and mechanical properties of the AI-18Mg2Si alloy.
