摘  要:为了从理论上了解焊接工艺过程中等离子弧的功率损失,通过计算对小孔等离子弧焊的等离子弧功率损失进行了分析.分析表明,等离子弧在焊接过程中的功率损失包括等离子弧通过喷嘴的功率损失、喷嘴出口到小孔的等离子弧功率损失、等离子弧穿过小孔的功率损失等几部分.通过对这几部分损失的定量计算表明,电弧在压缩区、非压缩区和小孔区的功率损失分别为28.16%、10.68%和39.89%,说明功率损失主要来自于枪体及工件的热传导,而辐射和对流所占的比例则较小.In order to understand the power loss of plasma arc in the welding process, the power loss of plasma arc in keyhole plasma arc welding was analyzed through the theoretical calculation. The analysis shows that the power loss of plasma arc in the welding process includes the power loss of plasma arc through nozzle, the power loss of plasma arc between the outlet of nozzle and the inlet of keyhole as well as the power loss of plasma arc through keyhole. The quantitative calculation shows that the power loss of arc in the compression zone, non-compressed area and keyhole zone is 28.16%, 10.68% and 39. 89%. It means that the power loss is mainly from the thermal conduction of the gun body and workpiece, while the power loss from both radiation and convection is the less.
