摘  要:为了实现采暖用户数据的远程实时在线监控、集中控制管理和按需消费热能,根据监控系统的实时性和经济性要求,提出一种基于通用分组无线业务(GPRS)网络技术的供暖监控系统通讯方案.监控方案由SIEMENS公司的GPRS网络通讯模块MC55、监控中心服务器、基于低功耗的MSP430FW 427混合信号微控制器的热能测量表终端等组成.测量终端与通讯模块之间采用RS485串行通讯,在监控结点与监控中心之间提供一个透明的数据传输通道,实现了远端结点与监控中心的实时数据交换.通过实验运行,系统数据传输速率约为60 kb it/s,具有高可靠性、高数据传输率等优点.In order to realize the remote the real-time on-line monitoring of the measured data as well as the concentrative control and management of heat consumption, a communication scheme for heating supply monitoring system was presented based on GPRS network technology to meet the requirement of monitoring system in both real-time and economy. The system consists of SIEMENS GPRS communication module MC55, monitoring center server, and heat measuring terminal based on a low-power mixed signal microcontroller MSP430FW427. The serial communication RS485 was used between the measuring terminal and communication module, which could provide a transparent data transmission channel and realize real-time data exchange between remote nodes and monitoring center. The experimental results show that the data transmission rate of the system is about 60 kbit/s. The system has such advantages as high reliability and data transmission rate.
