摘 要:采用压膜的方法制备多孔Ni/CB析氢膜电极,研究析氢电极的制备工艺对电极性能的影响。通过电子扫描电镜(SEM),阴极极化曲线研究了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和乙炔黑含量,以及集流体对析氢电极催化性能的影响。研究结果表明,PTFE的含量、乙炔黑的含量及集流体的目数等工艺参数对Ni/CB多孔析氢膜电极的析氢催化活性有显著的影响。The porous Ni/CB hydrogen evolution membrane electrodes were prepared by film methods. Morphologies and catalytic properties of Ni/CB hydrogen evolution eletrodes were measured and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and cathodic polarization curves. The factors of preparation of Ni/CB hydrogen evolution electrodes were studied. The results showed that PTFE content, acetylene black and current collector mesh had the mainly effect on the performance of porous Ni/CB membrane electrodes for hydrogen evolution.
