摘  要:研究了不同焙烧方式和两段焙烧方式中不同焙烧温度对MoV0.3Te0.23Nb0.12Ox催化剂的结构及其在丙烷选择氧化制丙烯酸反应中催化性能的影响.结果表明,两段式焙烧方法促进了活性相M1相的生成和体相内较活泼晶格氧的产生,从而使催化剂性能显著提高.进一步的实验证明,两段式焙烧时两个不同阶段的焙烧温度对催化剂的结构和催化性能有重要影响.X射线衍射和程序升温还原等表征发现,催化剂的物相组成是一个对催化性能提高的尤为关键的因素,而较活泼晶格氧的产生对催化剂的活性也有重要影响.MoV0.3Te0.23Nb0.12Ox catalysts were prepared by the slurry method in a rotary evaporator and used in the selective oxidation of propane to acrylic acid. The influences of the calcination methods and the calcination temperatures in the two-step calcination method on the structure and catalytic performance of the MoV0.3Te0.23Nb0.12Ox catalysts were investigated. The results indicated that the catalysts obtained by two-step calcination exhibited higher catalytic activity and selectivity than that by one-step calcination. Further investigations showed that the calcination temperatures of each stage for the two-step calcination method, especially those of high-temperature stage, had significant effects on the structure and the catalytic performance of catalysts. The phase composition of the catalysts was a crucial factor in improving the catalytic performance, and another important effect on the conversion of propane was produced by more active lattice oxygen, according to the results of X-ray diffraction and H2 temperature-programmed reduction.
