费用效益模型在公路养护经济决策中的应用研究

摘　　要：通过探索现今中国社会经济发展趋势和预测中国公路发展规律,提出现有公路的路面养护工作是亟待解决的问题.本文结合经济理论中的费用效益模型,以天津市几年来对公路养护所投入的资金和收益数据为例,利用经济评价指标对路面养护投资做定量的分析,对公路养护投入的时间、资金大小和实际效果做出评价,力求为未来的路面养护资金投入提供有力的理论依据.This paper through the exploration of socio-economic development tendency and forecasting that highway development rule in China, proposed that the work of highway maintenance is the key which we urgently await to be solved. This paper unifies benefit model in the economic theory, takes the invasion and benefit data in Tianjin for several years which had been paid for the highway maintenance as the example, uses economic evaluation target to make the quota analysis for the highway surface maintenance investment, to make the appraisal of the highway maintenance investment＇s time, the fund size and the actual result, and will make every effort provide the powerful theory basis for future surface maintenance funding invested.
