摘 要:注水井地层返吐残留聚合物经常导致注水井无法正常分注,对地层返吐原因进行了分析,设计了可防止地层返吐聚合物的剪切过滤器、单流配水器等配套工具,组配防返吐分注管柱。利用剪切过滤器对易返吐地层跨隔卡封过滤,阻挡返吐物进入井筒,单流配水器单向过流,使返吐物无法进入分注管柱,防止管柱堵塞,实现有效分注。现场应用表明,分注有效期延长了1倍以上,解决了注水井因地层返吐残留聚合物导致无法正常分注问题。On accound of formation flowback in wells such as polymer residue return and sandback which resulted in unable to separated-inject normally in oilfield after polymer flooding, we have carried out flowback-prevention separated injection research in injection well.we have invented the tools—shear filter and one-way water injection allocator and strings that can solve the problem in separated injecting wells. The shear filter have two cup packers and a slotted liner, they can set up a tie-back liner in injection interval, and prevent the polymer flowback and sand return into the separate injection string. This technology have been used in many injection wells, the result showed the separated injection valid period doubled, and initially resolved the difficulty.
