摘 要:目的研究植酸酶对蛋鸭磷生物学利用率的影响。方法选取200日龄产蛋鸭1000只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复50只。处理AP0.45%为对照组,有效磷水平为0.45%;处理AP0.38%+Phy、AP0.32%+Phy、AP0.25%+Phy和AP0.18%+Phy有效磷水平依次为0.38%、0.32%、0.25%、0.18%。同时添加植酸酶500FTU/kg。结果结果表明:日粮有效磷水平从0.45%降低到0.25%,同时添加500FTU/kg植酸酶,不会影响蛋鸭的料蛋比和产蛋率(P〉0.05);蛋鸭血清ALP活性、P含量及胫骨灰分和P含量与对照组相比差异不显著(P〉0.05);对蛋鸭磷生物学利用进行综合评定,日粮中AP水平从0.45%降低到0.25%,同时添加500FTU/kg植酸酶,能够提高P的利用率(P〈0.05),并使蛋鸭粪尿P排泄量降低4.86%~19.24%(P〈0.05),说明0.25%以上的日粮AP能够改善蛋白质和P、Fe的平衡,有利于环保。This experiment was determint to the effects of phytase on biological availability of P in laying ducks. A total of 1000 laying ducks (200 - d - old) were allotted to 5 treatments with 4 replicates. AP0.45 % (AP: 0. 45% ) was the control group without phytase. AP0. 38% + Phy, AP0. 32% + Phy, AP0. 25% + Phy and AP 0. 18% + Phy were supplemented with 500 phytase FTU/kg of diet and the AP concentrent was 0.38 % , 0. 32 %, 0.25 %, 0. 18 % respectively, The results showed that diets AP decreased from 0. 45 % to 0.25 % and supplements with 500 phytase can' t influence the performance, plasma ALP activity and P content, tibia ash and P content( P 〉0.05 ). Utilization of P were significantly improved ( P 〈 0.05 ) with diets AP decreased from 0. 45% to 0. 25% and supplements with 500 FTU phytase. The rate of excretion P was decreased by 4.86% 19.24%. This reflected 0. 25% AP levels in diets supplementated with 500 FTU phytase could improve normal homeostasis of P and be profit to environmental protection and ecology.
