摘　　要：针对壁板难于成形的问题,国际上发展了时效成形技术。本文介绍了时效成形的基本原理,通过对7B04铝合金壁板时效成形试验的研究,得到了时效成形率与温度、时间、应力的关系。In view of the difficulty of the integral panel forming, age forming technology is developed internationally. In this paper, the basic principle of age forming is introduced. The relationship among age forming rate and temperature, time, stress are obtained by researching on the experiment of the 7B04 aluminum alloy integral panel age forming.
