二元弹力绉丝的工艺参数与织物风格的关系研究

摘  要:为扩大弹力绉丝的应用范围,选用PTT、CDP两种长丝,经混纤后加工成二元弹力绉丝。探讨PTT/CDP二元弹力绉丝加工中纬丝上、下超喂及真、假捻工艺参数与面料风格性能的关系。结果表明:上、下超喂的变化对织物的拉伸弹性性能有较显著的影响;真捻大小适中的纬丝,其织物较挺括、成形性好;适中的假捻量,有利于获得挺括而有弹性、成形性较好的面料。To widen the application field of the Stretch and crepe filament yarns, the bicomponent Stretch and crepe filament yarns are developed by mixing two kinds of filaments, Polytrimethylene Terephthalate (PTT) and low-elastic Cation-Dacron Polyester (CDP). The effect of the processing parameters of upper and lower overfeeding, true and false twisting during the yarn processing on the fabric style is investigated. The results shows that the upper and lower overfeeding method is the main factors influencing the elastic properties of the fabrics. Fabrics with medium twist weft yarns have good stiffness and formability and at the same time, medium false twist is also beneficial to produce fabrics with good stiffness, elasticity and formability.
