摘　　要：通过对粗纱机卷绕成型原理的剖析,结合机械式控制的粗纱机在始纺调整方面的经验,设计出了FA498型粗纱机始纺张力调整的程序与要领。在实践中运用,效果良好。Based on the analysis on the winding and forming principle about roving frame, and the experience in the initial spinning tension adjustment about the roving frame mechanically controlled, the program and critical points of initial spinning tension adjustment, which have been put into practice and have good effects on spinning, have been designed for FA498 roving frame.
