细纱机牵伸区附加压力棒牵伸工艺分析

摘　　要：在细纱机牵伸区设置带隔距块的压力棒,并与普通双皮圈牵伸型式进行工艺比较研究,说明该工艺在有效改善细纱条干均匀度方面具有优越性,但存在管间变异增大、细纱冒硬头、清洁工作难度加大等问题,需要从工艺上及运转操作方面加强。Compared with the draft form based on the common double apron, applying spinning press bar spacer in the drafting zone on the spinning frame can greatly improve the yarn evenness. However, the difference among bobbins and the slub of the spun yams must be solved by certain techniques. In addition, cleaning work may become more difficult, which should be improved in technique and running and operating.
