拇指旋转撕脱性离断再植方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的介绍一种拇指旋转撕脱性离断再植的新方法。方法对9例拇指旋转撕脱性离断的患者采用指掌侧总动脉及神经血管束移位的方法重建拇指的血循环及感觉，并与以往的方法进行对比。结果9例再植全部成活，随访6-24月，再植拇指的外形、功能恢复良好。结论采用移位指掌侧总动脉、神经血管束的方法重建旋转撕脱性离断拇指的血循环及感觉功能，是一种安全有效的方法，值得推广。Objective To introduce a new surgery method for replantation of served thumb with whirl avulsion.Methods 9 cases of served thumbs with whirl avulsion were treated by transfer of common digital plam artery and neurovascular nundles to reconstruct the blood circulation and sense.Results All 9 cases survived and their function and shape were fine after 6 to 24 months following-up.Conclusion It is an available method to reconstruct the blood circulation and sense of the whirl avulsion thumb with transfer of common digital plato artery and neurovascular nundles.
