摘  要:介绍了TC787芯片的工作原理及各个管脚的功能;详细介绍了该实验装置触发电路的设计原理和主电路部分的结构和特点,最后给出实验结果。该装置采用TC787代替KJ/KC系列集成触发电路,具有设计合理、使用方便灵活,且功耗小、可靠性高等特点,在电力电子技术领域具有广泛的应用前景。The working principles of TC787 are explained in the paper, including the function of each pin. The paper elaborates particularly the principle that are followed in designing the trigger circuit in our experiment. And the structure and feature of main circuit is also presented. Finally,the experiment results are educed. The new system, which is in application to TC787 instead of KJ/KC, is proved to be more sophisticate and convenient, as well as more reliable and energy- saving. It promises to have a wide application in electric power technology.
