分级护理标准病区公示效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨分级护理标准在病区公示的效果。方法分别选取4个病区作为实验组和对照组，对照组按常规方法实施分级护理和质量控制，实验组采取分级护理标准公示和宣传推广、巡回单的应用及质控检查等辅助质控方法。实施1年后评价效果。结果实验组4个季度的护理质量3项指标均相对高于对照组，患者对分级护理的了解和护理满意度显著高于对照组（均P〈0.01），实验组85.53%-98.68%护士、全院76.67%-100%护士长认为分级护理公示对护理人员素质及护理质量有正性促进作用。结论在病区实施分级护理公示有利于提高护理质量，保证患者的知情权和监督权，提高患者满意度，对打造高质量护理服务品牌，构建和谐护患关系有促进作用。Objective To explore effect of presentation of graded nursing standard in wards. Methods Eight wards were equally randomized into an experimental group and a control group. The control group carried out routine graded nursing and quality control, while the experimental group adopted reform measures, including publicly presenting graded nursing standard, applying circuit list and quality inspection. Effect was evaluated one year later. Results Three indexes of nursing quality in each season of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, patients＇ understanding of graded nursing and satisfaction showed significant differences between the two groups（P〈0. 01 for all）; 85.53%--98. 68% of nurses and 76. 67%--100% of head nurses considered it could promote nurses＇ personal quality and nursing quality. Conclusion Presenting graded nursing standard in ward can improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
