地震灾害医疗救护过程中医疗器材的保障及管理

摘　　要：目的总结地震灾害医疗救护中医疗器材保障经验,为今后灾害医疗救护提供参考。方法在医疗储备的基础上,针对地震灾害的特点迅速调配医疗器材,随队奔赴灾区,在不同阶段采取自行保障及灾区统一保障等方式。结果实施手术687台,大、中手术约占60%;后送伤员709例;为3400名官兵提供医疗保障,使发病率从救灾初期的15%降至中后期的5%。结论建立医疗储备并加强规范标准化管理,根据地震灾害特点实施调整,可保障医疗器材的及时供给。还应参照国际先进水平和各种灾害特点改进现行器材、物品规格和功能,进一步提高医疗救灾应急保障水平。Objective To summarize the experiences of equipment guarantee for medical rescue in Sichuan earthquake disaster, and to provide information for future medical rescue in disaster. Methods On the basis of medical reserves, were allocated according to the characteristics of earthquake, and were carried to the affected area; at different stages medical equipments were guaranteed through self-supply or through concentrated supply in the affected area. Results Totally, 687 operations were carried out by the medical team, 60 % of which were large or middle sized operations; 709 wounded were transported and 3,400 officers and soldiers received medical support, and the morbidity dropped from 15 % to 5%. Conclusion We should establish medical reserves and strengthen standard management, allocate medical equipments according to the characteristics of earthquake in an attempt to fulfill equipment guarantee for medical rescue. Improvement of equipment＇s specification and function according to international standards and characteristics of disaster codld promote rescue level.
