摘 要:目的探讨加热后液体在不同室温下温度的变化规律。方法选取500 ml袋装乳酸钠林格氏液体18袋,在恒温箱中加热至(36.0±0.3)℃后分别悬挂于21℃、23℃、26℃室温(120 m2百级净化手术间)中输液架上,用Philip监护仪每15分钟记录1次静态液体温度变化。结果21℃、23℃、26℃室温下液体温度置15~120 min时从(36.0±0.3)℃分别下降至(33.8±0.2)^(24.8±0.2)℃、(33.9±0.3)^(25.3±0.2)℃、(34.1±0.2)^(26.1±0.1)℃。结论加热后的液体在低室温中液温下降速度较高室温快;加热至(36.0±0.3)℃的液体在23℃室温中2 h降至常温。建议手术室加热液体2 h内输完。Objective To explore the changing discipline of temperature of warmed fluid under different room temperature. Methods Eighteen 500 ml sacked lactated Ringer's solution were warmed by incubator to 36.0±0. 3 degrees centigrade, and were hung in purification operating rooms with temperature being 21℃, 23℃ and 26℃ respectively. Philip monitor was used to monitor the fluid's static temperature every 15 min. Results The temperature of warmed solutions which kept in room temperature of 21℃, 23℃ and 26℃ dropped to(33.8±0.2)-(24. 8±0.2)℃ ,(33.9±0. 3)-(25.3±0.2)℃ ,(34. 1±0.2)-(26.1±0. 1)℃ after 15-120 min. Conclusion The temperature of warmed solution which kept in lower room temperature drops quickly than those in higher room temperature; under the room temperature of 23℃, the temperature of warmed fluid may drop to the atmospheric temperature within 2 hours. In order to keep the significance of the warmed fluid, it should be infused within 2 hours.
