清解止抽汤治疗小儿抽动—秽语综合征30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清解止抽汤治疗小儿抽动—秽语综合征的疗效。方法治疗组采用清解止抽汤口服,对照组采用氟哌啶醇合阿莫西林口服,均连续用药4周后统计疗效。结果1.治疗组总疗效率与对照组相仿,两组比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05);2.治疗组不良反应小,与对照组比较差异具有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论清解止抽汤临床疗效确切,且不良反应小。Objective To study the clinical treatment effects of Qingjie Zhichou Decoction for children GiUes de la Tourette＇ s syndrome. Methords The treatment group was treated with Qingjie Zhichou Decoction, the control group was treated with Haloperidol and Amoxicillin. Statistics the therapeutic effects after 4 weeks. Results The total effects in the treatment group was equal to the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but the treatment group had fewer side effects than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Qingjie Zhichou Decoction has good effects in clinic, and few poisonous side effect.
