单导梁架桥机特殊条件下的组装方案优化

摘　　要：DJ型单导梁架桥机是一种新型的公路架桥机,其最大特点是结构新颖,性能优良,使用维护方便,该架桥机最大部件重量12 t,一般采用大吨位龙门吊或汽车吊2×50 t组装。在不具备起重条件下,制定25 t汽车吊一台拼组,运用1、2号柱自行组装方案,达到节省组装费用、克服设备困难获得安全高效的结果。DJ-type single-beam bridge machine is a new type of highway bridge machines, and its most prominent feature is the novel structure, excellent performance, easy maintenance, the weight of the largest components of the bridge machine 12t,we generally use the large-tonnage crane or car suspended （2 x 50 tons） is to assemble. In the conditions of not have the lift, 25 tons vehicle hoist was developed and the use of a self-assembly program on the 2nd column was used to save assembly costs, to overcome the difficulties of equipment, and reach safe and efficient results.
