摘　　要：基于软件ANSYS的隐式分析模块,将珩轮与齿轮的一个全啮合过程分为多个不同位置进行静力学分析,得到在啮合过程中一系列的齿面接触应力云图。通过对比和转换坐标系的方法,在珩轮的接触齿面上得到了一系列接触点,并通过这些点推导出珩齿过程中珩轮上的接触轨迹,为珩轮珩齿的机理研究奠定了基础。Based on the implicit module of the ANSYS, the paper makes the static analysis by the way of dividing one mesh process of gear honing into different positions and gets the contact pressure nephograms. It also gets a series of contact keypoints and educes the wntact path of gear honing process from these keypints, which provide the basic theories for honing research.
