不同激素配方对大花蕙兰原球茎增殖的影响

摘　　要：以大花蕙兰原球茎为材料,配制不同激素配方的培养基,研究其对大花蕙兰原球茎增殖的影响.结果表明:在大花蕙兰原球茎分化的培养过程中,添加了1.5 mg/L 2,4-D和0.5 mg/L NAA的MS培养基能够有效促进大花蕙兰原球茎的增殖.The protocorms of Cymbidium gandiflorium Rolfe were induced on MS medium with different concentrations of NAA and 2, 4-D. The results showed that the effect of the differentiation of protocorm was more significant in the MS medium supplemented with 1.5 mg/L 2, 4-D and 0. 5 mg/L NAA than other concentration combinations of the two hormones.
