中医药标准化信息技术支撑体系的构建

摘　　要：指出了为避免中医药标准化信息资源出现条块分割、封闭分散,形成"信息孤岛",必须加强对中医药标准化信息化建设的宏观规划和指导.结合中医药标准化发展在现行管理体制和运行机制下对信息技术应用需求的分析,提出了应从中医药标准化信息服务系统、网上工作平台、项目管理系统、标准实施推广与监测反馈信息系统、技术规范和信息标准等5个部分构建中医药标准化信息技术支撑体系,并从系统目标和主要功能两个方面对体系中各构成部件的内涵作了精要阐述.It is imperative to strengthen the overall planning and macro-guidance in the information development of the standardization of TCM in order to the fragmentation, dispertion and encapsulation of information resources, which may lead to ＂ Information Islands＂. Combined with deeply analyzing the requirements for information technology applications existing in the standardization of TCM under the current management system and operational mechanism, it comes up with building an information technology support system from five parts, which are information service system, on-line working platform, project management system, promotion of standards and monitoring the implementation of standards with feedback information system, technical specifications and information standards. It gives a detailed explanation for the connotation for each component in terms of system objectives and main functions.
