1611例儿童肺炎支原体IgM抗体检测的分析

摘　　要：目的了解本地区呼吸道疾病患儿肺炎支原体（MP）的感染情况，提供流行病学资料。方法收集西安医学院第二附属医院2008年1月～12月1611例呼吸道疾病患儿血清，采用被动凝集法进行肺炎支原体IgM抗体的检测。结果1611例患儿MP—IgM抗体阳性693例，阳性率为43．02％。2008年0—3岁、4—6岁、7-13岁各不同年龄组中MP—IgM阳性率分别是31．05％、59．25％、43．92％。一、二、三、四季度MP感染的检出率分别是：50．45％，49．68％，39．60％，34．53％，各组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论呼吸道肺炎支原体感染，各年龄段儿童人群普遍易感，0～6岁组较7—13岁组发病率高，有低龄化发展趋势；2008年一、二季度MP感染检出率明显偏高，该地区可能有MP感染的小流行。Objective： Investigation into the fact that the children with Respiratory Disease in local area are infected by Mycoplasma pneumonia in order to provide the data for epidemiology. Method： The serums of 1611 children with Respiratory Disease collected from Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi＇an Medical College from January to December in 2008 are used for testing Mycoplasma pneumonia IgM antibody by passive agglutination. Results： Among the 1611 cases, there were 693 children with MP IgM antibody - positive, and the positive rate was 43.02%. In 2008, the positive rate was 31.05 %, 59.25 % ,43.92% respectively in 3 - year - old group, 4 - 6 - year - old group, 7 - 13 -year- old group. The respective detection rate of Mp infection was 50.45% ,49.68%, 39.60%, 34.53% in 1 -4 quarter, and the results have statistical （P 〈 0.01 ）. The detection rate of MP IgM infection in the 1^st two quarters are much higher than the last two quarters （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： All age groups of children are generally susceptible by Mycoplasma Pneumonia （ MP）, and the infection rate in 4 ~ 6 - year - old group is less than that in 0 - 3 - year - old group. The high infection rate is in 7 - 13 - year - old group. There is a lowering trend of infection age. 1,2 - quarter ＇s high detection rate of MP infection may be correlated with season and epidemic period.
