摘　　要：本文提出了基于"按订单组织货源"的烟草行业的新业务模式,从企业内外部供应链整合角度出发,阐述了"按订单组织货源"的内涵,分析了其对烟草工业企业带来的挑战及企业如何进行信息化建设来为新的业务模式提供有效的支持。Based on the original business model of ＂supply by order＂ brought out by the tobacco industry, this article de- scribes the connation of ＂supply by order＂ from the integration of internal and external Supply Chain Information and then analyzes its challenge to tobacco companies and how companies construct information system to provide effective support to the original business model.
