摘 要:高速压制时,在锤头冲击压制的过程中会产生一个力的扰动,这个扰动在模具及压坯里的传播即为应力波。应力波的存在是高速压制与常规模压的主要区别之一。本文分析了高速压制过程中应力波波形的基本特征,应力波呈锯齿波形,每一个加载波形上都有数个极值点。研究了应力波对压制结果的作用,应力波在自由端面反射后会造成拉应力,会导致压坯表面分层和剥落。When the ram impacts the upper punch, the shock generates a perturbation, which propagates in the punches and the green compact and forms a stress wave. The existence of stress wave during High Velocity Compaction .differentiates it directly from Conventional Compaction. In this essay, the form of stress wave of stress wave is discussed and some characteristics are found. The form of stress wave appears in a zigzag shape and there are more than one peakes on a loading wavelength. The effect of stress wave on the compact was also analyzed and it is found that due to the induced tension stress after the reflection of the wave at the free surface, delamination and spallation happen.
