摘  要:通过盆栽试验研究了处理秸秆与氮肥配施对不同土壤的微生物量碳、氮动态变化的影响。结果表明,不同土壤条件下,土壤微生物量碳、氮具有相同的变化趋势,即前期微生物量碳、氮增加较快,随着试验进行有所下降,在后期各个处理土壤中微生物量碳、氮含量有所升高。处理秸秆配施氮肥处理的微生物量碳、氮显著比单施氮肥处理高,此结果为秸秆处理合理施用提供了理论依据。The pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of combined application of treated rice straw and nitrogen, fertilizer on the microbial biomass C (MBC) and N (MBN) in different soils. The results obtained were as follows. Both soil MBC and MBN increased rapidly at first, then decreased slightly and upturned at the late stage. Compared with the treatment of only nitrogen, the combined application of rice straw and nitrogen significantly increased the contents of soil MBC and MBN. The results provided theoretical basis for treatment and utilization of rice straw.
