不同类型医院教学科研工作量及人员配置现状研究

摘　　要：教学和科研是医院的重要职能。30年前制定实行至今的《综合医院组织编制原则试行草案》对医院的教学和科研编制做出了规定,但是随着社会的进步,原有的编制标准已经不再适应现代医院发展的需要。文章对80家样本医院教学科研情况分类比较,旨在对制定新的综合医院编制标准过程中教学科研编制的确定做以参考。Teaching and research are important for hospital. The protocol of polyclinic which was constituted thirty years ago has regulated the rule of hospital＇s teaching and research, but it is no longer adapted to the needs of the development of modem hospital because of the development of the world. The new medical reform program will be constituted, the Ministry of Health decide to constitute the new protocol of polyclinic. We compare eighty hospitals＇ teaching and research in order to be consulted by the new protocol of polyclinic.
