摘　　要：目的：了解调查地区的基本药物使用现状，为制定科学、合理的基本药物制度提供参考依据。方法：现场处方抽样，统计分析各机构基本药物的使用率。结果：6个调查机构的58种常见基本药物储存率分布在31．03％～62．07％之间，储存率不高；基本药物的使用率分布在1．16％-33．45％之间，使用率非常低。结论：我国现阶段基本药物的使用情况不容乐观，配套措施不健全，宣传力度不够，可持续性干预宣教和培训模式尚未形成，政府财政投入不足和补偿机制有待完善。Objective： To study the use of essential drugs in investigation region for making a scientific and reasonable essential drugs system and to provide a scientific basis through demonstration research. Method： Field sampling prescription, counting and analysis of the various agencies of the utilization of essential drugs. Results： 58 kinds of essential drugs stored are down. The rate of reserve is between 31.03% and 62.07%; the utilization rate of essential drugs is between 1.16% to 33.45%, also is very low. Conclusion： The use of essential drugs is not optimistic in our country now. The main reason are unadequate complementary measures, not enough publicity, unformed sustainability education and intervention training model. Others, the more financial investment should be input and compensatory mechanisms remain to be improved.
