3,3',4,4'-四氨基二苯醚的合成及其聚苯并咪唑树脂的制备

摘　　要：以4,4'-二氨基二苯醚为原料,经乙酰化、硝化、碱解、还原、中和五步反应合成3,3',4,4'-四氨基二苯醚,总收率为52.8%,并用FT-IR及熔点测试技术对其进行了表征。结果表明,3,3',4,4'-四氨基二苯醚具有较高的纯度,在多聚磷酸与五氧化二磷的体系下,进一步与二酸聚合可获得高分子量的聚苯并咪唑。有望在未来兴起的燃料电池膜制作领域具有广阔的应用前景。3, 3＇, 4, 4＇ -tetraaminodiphenyl ether was prepared with 4, 4＇ -diaminodiphenylether as starting material in five steps by N-acylation, nitration, alkali hydrolysis, reduction and neutralization in overall yield of about 52.8%. The chemical structures of target compound and its intermediates were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope （FT-IR） and differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） technology. Moreover, polybenzimidazole resin （PBI） from 3, 3＇, 4, 4＇ -tetraaminodiphenyl ether monomer was further polymerized in the phosphoric acid and phosphorus pentoxide system.
