摘　　要：随着中国的文本学研究的兴起,马克思主义中国化理论文本的研究逐渐成了一个新的研究热点,产生了一些代表性的研究成果,研究者提出了一些集中论及的问题,诸如对文本进行学理上的深层解读、文本解读的长期性、文本研究的现实意义等。同时研究中也还存在一些有待于继续深入研究的问题,如研究思路与模式的拓展、文本内容研究的深化以及文本研究与理论创新的关系等,都还需要学界同仁进一步的研究与探讨。Along with the development of text-study in China, text-study on the theory about Marxism＇ s localization in China has become a hot topic. In some of those representative works, the authors have expressed some typical opinions concerning the way to comprehensively study the text, concerning the necessary persistence on the study as well as the practical significance of the study. However, still some problems remain unsolved and need further discussion, like the development of study method, the deepening of the study content and the relation between text-study and theoretical innovation.
