摘　　要：在政府主导和人民银行推动下,济宁市开展了A级中小信用企业培植工作,对传统"自产自销"的商业银行内部信用资源进行整合与再挖掘。这一做法以关系型融资为基础,把单纯的"信用评定"变为主动的"信用培植",有效提升了中小企业信用评定效率,缓解了中小企业的融资难题,具有较好的实践意义。Leading by the government and driven by the People＇s Bank of China, Jining starts the credit cultivation of A credit-class Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, which is the integration and re-excavation of traditional credit resources. This work changes ＂credit rating＂ into active ＂credit cultivation＂, enhancing the efficiency of the SMEs＇ credit rating, easing the problems of financing and having good practical significance.
