摘  要:棉苗素质及成苗率与育苗方法关系密切。2007-2008年,以湿润育苗为对照,研究了全程漂浮育苗和间歇性漂浮育苗对棉苗素质及成苗的影响。结果表明,湿润育苗肥水管理难度较大,棉株地上部分生长最为迅速,易徒长;全程漂浮育苗操作比较简便,出苗较整齐;间歇性漂浮育苗虽然操作较复杂,但棉苗壮实,而且生长整齐,根和茎都较粗,成苗率最高。The seedling quality and standing seedling rate of cotton are related closely to seedling raising methods. Effects of floating nursing seedling always in water-bed (FNSAW) and floating nursing seedling intermittence in water-bed (FNSIW) on seedling quality and standing seedling rate were studied with seedling nursing on moist trays (SNMT) as control in 2007-2008. The results showed that the fertilization and water management was more difficult and the cotton shoot grew more rapid in SNMT than those in other treatments. The operation of FNSAW was simple and its seedling emergence was trim. The operation of FNSIW was relatively more complex, while its standing seedling rate was the highest, and its cotton seedlings were sturdier and trimmer and the width of root and stem was higher than those of other treatments.
