摘　　要：文章从科技成果转化中涉及的主体,即科研机构、企业以及科技中介机构三方分析了科技成果转化中的信息需求问题,最后度提出了科技成果转化中的信息保障对策,为提高科技成果的转化率提供了新方向。The article analyzed the information needs of scientific re.arch institutions, enterprises and scientific and technological intermediary agencies which involved in scientific and technological achievements, proposed some reasonable measures of information guarantee and provided a new direction to improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements.
