北沙参的^1HNMR指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：利用PFT-NMR核磁共振波谱仪测定了北沙参提取物的1HNMR图谱,对不同产地北沙参提取物的1HNMR指纹图谱进行了分析,获得了其提取物的特征峰,并利用向量夹角余弦法计算了不同产地北沙参指纹图谱的相似度。结果表明,不同北沙参提取物的1HNMR指纹图谱都显示有效成分特征共振峰,并具有很好的重现性和高度的特征性,可以成为北沙参真伪鉴别的依据。We employed PFF-NMR to determine the ^1 HNMR spectra of Glehnia littoralis extracts, and analyzed the ^1HNMR chemical shifts of different Glehnia littoralis. We obtained its characteristic peaks, and calculated the similarity of different ^1HNMR fingerprints with vectorial angle approach. Results show that the ^1 HNMR spectra of Glehnia littoralis extracts has better repeatability, and that the spectral characteristics of different Glehnia littoralis extracts are quite similar. The ^1HNMR fingerprints of Glehnia littoralis extracts can serve as a criterion to check the authenticity of Glehnia littoralis and its products.
