摘　　要：介绍了太钢炼钢厂的制造执行系统、系统的主要功能模块、各模块的作用以及该系统的网络结构及通讯方式。通过对太钢炼钢厂MES系统的介绍,也展示了大型现代化炼钢厂使用MES系统可以实现对生产计划、物流跟踪、仓库管理等的计算机辅助管理,通过系统的支持实现炼钢厂对全厂生产、物流做出科学合理的调配以及生产效率最大化。In the article manufacture execution system employed introduced, including main function modules of the system, in steelmaking plant of TISCO was function of each module, network configuration and communication methods. By the introduction of manufacture execution system employed in steelmaking plant of TISCO, it was shown that a large-scale modern steelmaking plant carries out computer assistant management of production plan, material flow track, and storage management and so on, realizes scientific and rational dispatch of production and material flow of whole plant, and gets maximum production efficiency with the support of this system.
