摘　　要：结合云南省建筑业的发展与人才现状,分析了建筑业发展对建筑人才的需求情况,研究建筑业人才需求存在的问题,提出了解决建筑业人才需求的对策。Combined with Yunnan＇s construction industry development and current situation of talents, construction personnel demand for this field development and its existing problems were analyzed and discussed. Countermeasures for talent needs in this industry were put forward.
