城乡结合部土地集约利用研究——天津华明镇模式

摘　　要：城乡结合部是城市化进程中影响城市有序发展的一个重要地区,对城市建设和农村发展都有不可忽视的作用。城乡结合部的特殊位置以及由此带来的土地利用问题,引起了很多学者的关注,他们从不同角度分析城乡结合部土地集约利用问题。通过探讨天津市华明镇宅基地换房模式的流程及实施效果,说明宅基地换房是土地集约利用的有效途径之一,可推动城乡结合部土地的可持续利用和促进城乡经济快速、和谐发展。The rural - urban fringe is playing a significant role in the development of both urban and rural areas and is thus drawing the attention of many experts in intensive land use. This article analyzes and studies the intensive use of land in rural -urban areas, the process and the effects of the practice of ＂changing home- stead for rooms＂ model and elucidates that this model is an effective way for intensive land use in the hope of enhancing sustainable use of land in the urban - rural fringe and promoting the harmonious development of such transition zones.
