摘　　要：近年来,由于集体林权制度改革的不断深入,使森林资源资产经营模式呈现出多元化发展趋势,福建省由于全民所有制、集体所有制、个体经济、私营经济、混合经济等多种经济成分进入林业经营领域,从而对其国有林场、国有林业采育场、集体林场、个私林业以及混合经济林业联合经营等产生了明显的影响,并产生了一系列的森林资源资产多元化经营模式,这些经营模式各有其特点,其发展将有力地推进南方集体林区的森林资源资产化进程。Recently, With the development of collective forest right system reform, The diversification de- velopment mode of forestry assets management was produced, Forestry management of state - owned forest farm, collective owned forest farm, Individual and Private Forest and mixed economic forest were greatly effec- ted by the whole people ownership, collective ownership, individual economy, private economy, mixed economy and other sectors of the economy were getting into the field of forest resources assets management. A series of diversification forest assets management mode were gradually appeared , these modes had respective character- istics, the process of forest resources assets of China＇ s southern collective forestry area were powerfully promoted by these modes developmnent.
