摘  要:利用复配硫酸盐具有酸碱双功能催化作用的特点,以高酸值酸化棕榈油为原料,在70-150℃、自生压力下,实现一步合成生物柴油的过程。正丁胺-TPD、CO2-TPD法的测试结果表明,催化剂既有中强酸活性中心,又有弱碱活性中心。正交实验及一步法合成的结果推荐了复配催化剂较优的质量配比为:m(硫酸钙)∶m(硫酸镁)∶m(硫酸氢钠)=4∶2∶4;m(硫酸钙)∶m(硫酸镁)∶m(硫酸铁)∶m(硫酸氢钠)=3∶2∶2∶3。建立了用生物柴油中总甘油含量(分光光度法测定)计算酸化棕榈油中甲酯含量的方法。以己二酸二乙酯为内标,建立了酸化棕榈油生物柴油中主要脂肪酸甲酯的气相色谱测定法。The one--step procedure of biodiesel produced from waste palm oil with high acid value was carried out by using complex sulfates as catalysts, which have acid and alkaline dual--function of catalysis under the condition of reaction temperature 70--150℃in a closed reaction system. N--butylamine--TPD and CO2--TPD results showed that these catalysts have both acid and alkaline active centers. Through analyzing the results of orthogonal experiment in the one--step procedure, the better formulation of catalysts of the complex sulfates was selected. A method of calculating the content of fatty acid methyl esters in waste palm oil was established by using the total triglyceride content of biodiesel which was obtained via spectrophotometry. A determination method of fatty acid methyl esters in waste palm oil biodiesel by GC was developed, by using diethyl adipate as an internal standard.
