摘 要:从常州清潭污水处理厂处理池的污泥中分离到一株活性艳红X-3B脱色菌WLY,具有较高的脱色活性,经生理生化实验初步鉴定为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas.sp)。本实验考察了温度、培养时间、pH、染料浓度、培养方式和接种量等因素对WLY脱色能力的影响。结果表明,菌株WLY在24 h和48 h内对30 mg/L活性艳红X-3B的脱色率分别为86.29%和93.16%;且接种量在1-3 mL(OD600为1.2)范围内,脱色效果最好;最适温度为35-40℃,最佳pH为7,且静置培养较振荡培养条件下的脱色率高;在本实验应用上,随染料质量浓度的增加,脱色率降低,500 mg/L的活性艳红X-3B在24 h内并无脱色。A decolorizing strain WLY of Active Brilliant Red X--3B was isolated from sludge, Qingtan wastewater treatment factory in Changzhou. The strain was Pseudomonas. sp with high decolorizing activity through biochemical identification. This paper studied effect of cultivating time, temperature, cultivating mode, pH, concentration of dye and inoculation on WLY's decoloring capability. The results showed that decolorization rates in 24 h and 48 h were 86.29% and 93.16% respectively for 30 mg/L Active Brilliant Red X--3B to WLY. The best inoculation was 1--3 mL (OD600 was 1.2). The most prefera- ble temperature was 35--40℃, pH was 7. And the decolorization rate at the condition of stationary was higher than agitation condition. The decolorization rate decreased with the concentration of dye increasing, but the decolorization rate was zero during 24 h for 500 mg/L X--3B.
