摘  要:文章以哈尔滨市1994、2003和2006年土地利用数据为基础,通过空间洛伦茨曲线和基尼系数方法,对哈尔滨市土地利用结构进行定量分析。结果表明:空间尺度上,1994、2003和2006年林地、水利设施用地和未利用地的洛伦茨曲线比较均衡,基尼系数为0.2-0.3;耕地、交通运输用地、居民点及工矿用地分布相对合理,基尼系数为0.3-0.4;园地和牧草地洛伦茨曲线离绝对均匀线较远,基尼系数大于0.6,超过国际警戒线,地区分布相差悬殊。时间尺度上,耕地分布状况没有明显变化,居民点及工矿用地基尼系数在增加,离散程度增大,而其他用地类型均衡程度有所增加。通过分析各类用地集中和离散趋势,可为哈尔滨市土地资源合理利用及结构调整提供科学依据。The paper conducts an quantitative analysis on the land use structure in Harbin according to the land utilization data of 1994,2003 and 2006 in Harbin,as well as by using the methods of Lorenz Curve in Space and Gini's Coefficient.The results show that the Lorenz Curve with regard to forest,water conservancy facilities land and unused land of 1994,2003 and 2006 is comparatively balanced from the spatial scale,and the Gini's coefficient is 0.2 to 0.3.the distribution of arable land,transportation land,residential and industrial land is relatively reasonable,and the Gini's coefficient is 0.3 to 0.4.Lorenz Curve of the garden and the pastures is far away from the absolute equilibrium line;the Gini's coefficient is greater than 0.6,which surpasses the international warning line;and there is a great disparity in the local distribution.As for the time scales,the significant change in the distribution of cultivated land has not been taken place;the dispersion is magnified as the Gini's coefficient of residential areas and industrial land is increasing.However,the other type of land has been increased their equilibrium.All of these analyses provide a scientific basis for the rational utilization of land resources and restructuring in the city of Harbin.
