录井行业技术发展面临的挑战与对策

摘　　要：当前的勘探开发形势、快速发展的钻井工艺以及市场激烈竞争的现状,都对石油录井行业的发展提出了挑战,针对勘探开发对录井技术的需求,从技术、人员、装备、政策等方面分析了录井行业面临的难题,探讨了录井行业的发展方向,认为应加强对随钻录井信息测量、随钻地层压力检测、录井解释的定量化、录井工艺的持续改进以及基础理论的深入研究,并从制度、技术和人力资源建设层面提出了对策。The present exploration and development situation, fast progressing drilling technology and the market intense competition condition provide the challenge for the development of petroleum mud logging industry.In accordance with the exploration demands on mud logging technology, from the point of the view of technical,personnel,equipment and policy,the paper analyzed the difficult problems faced with for mud logging industry,discussed the development direction of mud logging industry.The author considered that the following aspects should be enhanced,which was LWD information measurement,formation pressure detection while drilling,mud logging quantitative interpretation, continual improvement on mud logging technology and thorough research for basic theory,and provided the countermeasures from the aspects of system,technology and human resource.
