摘　　要：文章首先运用SWOT方法分析了陕西省装备制造业的优劣势和面临的机遇与挑战;然后运用层次分析法从定量角度分析了影响陕西省装备制造业的各种内外部因素;最后得出了振兴陕西省装备制造业的战略选择:即采取WT战略进行结构调整,发挥自身区位优势,通过发展优势的产业集群,提高企业自主技术创新能力。The paper uses SWOT method to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province. Then it uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to quantitatively analyze the various interior and exterior factors. It gets the conclusion that taking WT strategy to adjust the structure of manufacturing industry, and using the region strength to develop preponderant industry cluster and improve independent innovative ability is a strategic choice for the equipment manufacturing industry .
