失业救济金的“懒人”效应及实证分析

摘　　要：目前国内采取的失业救济金政策造成了大量劳动力闲置,本文对此进行劳动-闲暇模型分析和应用计量经济建模分析,并对失业型救济金设定和发放进行探索,得出救济金数额与人均可支配收入密切相关的结果,建议采用分段和与劳动时间、个人报酬挂钩来实施失业救济。Most of the force are idle for the unemployment benefits. This paper puts forward the labor- leisure model and an econometric model, explore and disseminate the fund of the unemployment benefits, the result shows the amount of relief per capita disposable income is closely related to the outcome of the proposed sub- and labor- time, personal remuneration linked to the implementation of unemployment relief.
