对我国农产品出口贸易中绿色壁垒问题的思考

摘　　要：分析了我国农产品贸易遭遇绿色壁垒的原因及其影响,指出,绿色贸易壁垒对于国际贸易而言,是某些发达国家用来限制发展中国家进口的一种手段;但对于保护环境和人类健康,实现经济可持续发展而言,在一定程度上起着积极的作用,它有利于公众环保意识的增强,促使我国采取积极有效的措施遏制环境污染和生态恶化的局面,促进我国企业提高技术水平,改进生产方式和产品结构,发展无公害产品。This paper analyzes the causes and impacts of agricultural product trade mcurred by green barriers and puts forward that green trade barriers are a kind of means for some developed-countries to restrict imports from developing-countries. But in the case of protecting the environment and human health, and achieving the sustainable economic growth, it plays an active role to some extent. It contributes to raise the public awareness of environmental protection, urge us to take effective measures to contain the pollution and deterioration, improve technical level and product structure of our enterprises, and to develop the pollution-free products.
